Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

Two layers of tulle ruffled for a sweet flair, soft fit! hand-stitched pom, made from a few dozen layers of tulle. 

5 inches tall, 3 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.

Lie flat to dry. Please be careful with adornments and straps on all of the pieces as they could pose a choking hazard. The clothing is not fire-resistant.
